These No-Bake Peanut Butter Bars are so creamy and delicious! And so easy!
No-Bake Peanut Butter Bars
- 1/2 cup melted butter or margarine
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter (additional peanut butter needed to melt with chocolate chips – about 2 tablespoons)
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Line a 8×8 or 9×9 square dish with aluminum foil.
- Mix the melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, and powdered sugar together until completely mixed.
- Stir in peanut butter and spread mixture into prepared baking pan.
- In a small bowl, microwave about 2 tablespoons of peanut butter with the chocolate chips until melted and smooth. Spread over peanut butter layer.
- Chill until completely firm, at least 3 hours.
- Cut and enjoy – so delicious!
