Chocolate Coated Banana Bites

  • 3-4 bananas peeled and sliced into 1/2 inch slices

  2. Dip each banana slice in chocolate first and shake off excess chocolate – then dip/roll in dish with your choice of topping(s). See below for option.
  3. Place chocolate dipped and coated banana slice on wax-paper lined cookie sheet (you can also use parchment paper or foil to line the cookie sheet).
  4. Repeat with remaining bananas, chocolate, and toppings.
  5. Freeze until firm, about 2-3 hours, then enjoy!

Another Option

banananananaPut a small dollop of peanut butter on the top of each banana slice on wax-paper lined cookie sheet. Slowly pour a small amount of chocolate over the banana/peanut butter to coat. You can also use a fork to gently dip banana/peanut butter into the chocolate. Freeze as directed above.

Kids will love making this dessert as much as they love eating it. Be creative with the toppings and have fun.
