How it Works

With Your Chow Hound you don’t have to worry about where your next meal is coming from.

In just four simple steps, you’ll be on your way to enjoying better meals:

1. CHOOSE: From the list at the left on the ordering page, select your favorite local retailer from which you want to order. Once you choose the retailer, you will see their participating locations and be able to select the store at which you want to pick up your meal.
2. BROWSE: Browse the store’s menu of fresh prepared food. (Yes, there are a lot of options, but you have to choose.)
3. ORDER: Place your order, pay for it with any major debit or credit card, and tell them what time you will come by to pick it up. They’ll send you an order confirmation and send the order to the store for preparation.
4. GRAB AND GO: When you arrive at the store, go straight to the prepared foods counter displaying the Your Chow Hound sign and show the confirmation email to the clerk. The clerk will hand you the order, and you’ll be back on your way in an instant.

They accept all major credit and debit cards and there are no fees for ordering. Your order is prepared within 30 minutes between the time you order and pick up.
