Diaper Drive.   All Henrico County Libraries.  During the month of March, HCPL is collecting disposable diapers for distribution in our community by the Capital Diaper Bank. Donate today!

Teen Tech Week Contest: DIY Book Cover @ Your Library.  Teens! Entries for the annual Teen Tech Week digital art contest will be accepted Saturday, February 22 thru Saturday, March 8. Recreate or re-imagine a cover from a book that already exists.  For Middle School (11-14 years) and High School (14-18 years) students.  Free.

Be the Dinosaur.   A new exhibit at the Science Museum of Virginia.  Check out an animatronic dinosaur and a pterosaur reconstruction as you discover what life was like for dinosaurs. Included with exhibit admission, free for members.

Teen Studio – The Art of the Still Life.  10:30am-2:30pm.  Midlothian Library, Chesterfield County.  In this workshop, you’ll learn the steps to still life painting and create your own acrylic masterpiece. They will discuss foreground, background, composition and tone, and incorporate these into original sketches and your final canvas. Please wear appropriate clothing for painting.
