Lloyd Family Farms

Lloyd Family Farms is located just 15 miles west of Short Pump. They offer a corn maze, pick your own pumpkins from one of the largest patches around, hay rides and pony rides. The farm is open for pumpkin picking this 2026 season and will be open every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9am to 5pm thru November 1, plus Columbus Day, Monday October 12th, 9am-5pm. Admission is $15 per person, and kids two and under enter free. Admission includes the hayride, corn pit, visiting with the many animals, a corn maze, the straw castle, a sand pile, and various yard games. Visit the website for activity fees and pumpkin pricing.

The Chesterfield Berry Farm offers pick your own pumpkins in the fall starting September 12th. Website the website for more details on hours, fees and special weekends- including weekends where grandparents, government employees and veterans get in free! And don’t miss the special corn maze celebrating the 250th year of our country! Concessions are also available for purchase.
Ashland Berry Farm

The Ashland Berry Farm opens September 26 and has pumpkin picking with free hayrides and ‘all you can carrry’ pumpkins to and from the field for $30. The farm offers pumpkin picking on weekdays, but check the schedule for hours, hayrides and other activity availability. On weekends they are open 10am-5pm with lots of activities for kids for just $15. They also have homemade donuts, farm-fresh fries, hot dogs, and more tasty treats! Ashland Berry Farm is also known for it’s haunted evenings for the older kids and adults.
Hanover Vegetable Farm

Enjoy a hayride out to the pumpkin patch to pick you own pumpkin. There is a market with fruits and veggies, pie pumpkins, gourds and other fun treats. There are also some some kiddie activities and animals to enjoy. On weekends they are open 10am-6pm with lots of activities including Corn maze, Giant Jump Pad, Petting Barn (feed is $2), Corn Cannons! (additional fee for corn to shoot), Corn Bin, Giant Sand Box, Inflatable Village from: Leaping Lizards Inflatables (additional charge). Entry only tickets are $5 for kids for kids 4-17.and $10 for adults. Pumpkins are priced by the pound.
The Pumpkin Patch at Gallmeyer Farms

Bring your family to The Pumpkin Patch to pick your own special pumpkin. The Pumpkin Patch is open daily and offers FREE PARKING, FREE ADMISSION, FREE HAYRIDES, FREE PICNIC AND PLAY AREA, and a FREE STRAW BALE MAZE. Decorative fall items are also available including mums, corn stalks, straw bales, gourds, and Indian corn. The Pumpkin Patch is open September 26th through October 31st and is open daily. Fall hours are 8am until dusk.
Berkeley Plantation Corn Maze and Pumpkin Patch

Explore the colorful autumn gardens, river shore, exhibits and tours, pick a pumpkin and find your way through the corn maze, all while learning Berkeley’s amazing history. The corn maze is included in Berkeley’s tour admission, an additional fee is charged to take home a pumpkin. Kids can also enjoy a scavenger hunt. Picnic area available on site. The pumpkin patch is open October 1st – November 30th.

Fall Fest is back every Saturday and Sunday this season! Come spend the weekend with us at the garden center for a full day of fall fun for the whole family. We’ll have food trucks, kids workshops, fall plants, a pumpkin patch, and all the seasonal activities you love. Don’t forget to grab a scavenger hunt sheet for the kiddos when you arrive, get to scavenging around the nursery, then bring your completed sheet to the cashier for a candy prize!
