🍿 Regal Summer Move Express
The annual Summer Movie Express program from Regal is back for 2026 with $1 family movies showing all summer long. From June 1 through August 13, participating Regal theaters across the country will feature two family-friendly PG movies every Monday through Thursday at 11 am — making it one of the best budget-friendly outings for families this season.
The Summer Movie Express has been a favorite tradition for families since 1991, offering a fun way to escape the summer heat while enjoying beloved animated hits, newer releases, and nostalgic classics on the big screen. This year’s lineup includes favorites like Sing, Kung Fu Panda 4, The Wild Robot, A Minecraft Movie, Paddington in Peru, Dog Man, Despicable Me 4, and even classic throwbacks like The Sandlot and Muppets: Treasure Island. The lineup rotates weekly, so families can choose the movies that best fit their kids’ interests. Click here for the schedule at your local theatre!
Purchase tickets through Regal’s website or mobile app. Because some locations can fill up quickly — especially on rainy or especially hot days — grabbing tickets ahead of time is a smart idea.
Regal is also offering discounted concessions during Summer Movie Express screenings, including $3 off Snack Packs that come with popcorn, a junior drink, and fruit gummies. Families can also cool off with discounted Dippin’ Dots treats.

Catch a movie at the ballpark with the Flying Squirrels’ Movie Night Series presented by Woodfin – Your Home Team! Grab your family or friends and head out to CarMax Park for a unique summer entertainment experience. Tickets are $10 each and children three and under are admitted free.
