Lloyd Family Farms

Lloyd Family Farms is located just 15 miles west of Short Pump. They offer a corn maze, pick your own pumpkins from one of the largest patches around, hay rides and pony rides. The farm is open for pumpkin picking this 2024 season and will be open every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9am to 5pm thru October 27th, plus Columbus Day, Monday October 14th, 9am-5pm. Admission is $15 per person, and kids two and under enter free. Admission includes the hayride, corn pit, visiting with the many animals, a corn maze, the straw castle, a sand pile, and various yard games. Visit the website for activity fees and pumpkin pricing.
Chesterfield Berry Farm

The Chesterfield Berry Farm offers pick your own pumpkins in the fall through October 27th on Saturdays & Sundays from 9:30 am – 5:30 pm. The entrance gate closes at 5. Last hayride leaves at 5:10. Thursdays & Fridays: 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm starting October 10th. Entrance gate closes at 6:30. Last hayride leaves at 6:40.For a complete look at the entrance fees and options visit the website. Ashland Berry Farm

The Ashland Berry Farm has pumpkin picking with free hayrides and ‘all you can carrry’ pumpkins to and from the field for $30. Afterward, the kids will love Fort Pumpkin, the 3D Boo House, and the Animal Corral. They also have homemade donuts, farm-fresh fries, hot dogs, and more tasty treats! Ashland Berry Farm is also known for it’s haunted evenings for the older kids and adults.

Enjoy a hayride out to the pumpkin patch to pick you own pumpkin. There is a market with fruits and veggies, pie pumpkins, gourds and other fun treats. There are also some some kiddie activities and animals to enjoy. Hanover Vegetable Family is open for pumpkin picking on September 27th. The farm offers pumpkin picking with hayrides from 2-6pm weekdays, but all other activities are closed. On weekends they are open 10am-6pm with lots of activities including a corn maze and jump pad. Entry only tickets are $5 for those that are not going to get a pumpkin but want to come out and enjoy all the fun! . A pumpkin and entry ticket is $15. This ticket gets you entry to all the farm activities plus one pumpkin (any size) you pick from the field!
The Pumpkin Patch

Bring your family to The Pumpkin Patch to pick your own special pumpkin. The Pumpkin Patch is open daily and offers free admission, free hay wagon rides through the pumpkin fields and a free straw bale maze. Decorative fall items are also available including mums, corn stalks, straw bales, gourds, and Indian corn. The Pumpkin Patch is open through October 31st and is open daily. Fall hours are 8am until dusk.
Liberty Mills Farms

Liberty Mills Farm is a family owned and operated farm located outside Orange, VA about 50 minutes from Short Pump. There is an 8 acre pick your own pumpkin patch. But Liberty Mills true claim to fame is it’s corn maze. Tickets are required. Plan on spending a 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on how many mazes you hope to complete. The 2024 Maze is open from now through November 11th.
Berkeley Plantation Corn Maze and Pumpkin Patch

Explore the colorful autumn gardens, river shore, exhibits and tours, pick a pumpkin and find your way through the corn maze, all while learning Berkeley’s amazing history. The corn maze is included in Berkeley’s tour admission, an additional fee is charged to take home a pumpkin. Kids can also enjoy a scavenger hunt. Picnic area available on site. The pumpkin patch is open October 1st – November 30th.
