SPARC Summer Camp

SPARC’s training opportunities soar during the summer months with an impressive array of performing arts camps and productions. So come find out what the buzz is all about! SPARC offers something for everyone in the summer. Whether a young person is new to the performing arts or on a path toward a performing career, there are opportunities for all. And, with programs from June to August at eight different locations throughout the region, you’re sure to find something that fits your schedule and interests. Summer camps and workshops are a perfect time to explore the performing arts and build skills for the stage and for life! Scholarship is available for all camps. SPARCLERS Camps

In our one-week SPARCLERS camps, campers will learn the building blocks of performance, singing, acting, and dancing as they work together as a team to create a final show. Themes for SPARCLERS Mini include A Day at the Zoo, Sharing is Caring, Planet Patrol, and Color your World while our older SPARCLERS will enjoy Super Pets and Super Friends, SPARCLERS Explorers, and This Kitchen is a Mess!.

Bravo Camps

Bravo is a two-week camp where youth work on devising their own original work. Each day is filled with engaging performing arts training such as acting workshops, musical theatre styles, audition skill-building, and creative movement culminating in an exciting final performance. Choose from Bravo Jr., Bravo, or Bravo Summer Company.

Focus In Camp

Step onto the red carpet and learn more about the art of film from both sides of the camera with Focus In. Campers will gain experience in acting and filming for movies and television and will even create independent projects featuring their own ideas.

Broadway Blast Camp

In this fast-paced musical theatre-focused camp, youth will learn legendary songs and dances from some of the greatest Broadway musicals. Campers will practice their musical theatre skills during each active day as they prepare to share what they’ve learned in their final shared performance. No audition necessary to be a Broadway star this summer!

August Adventure Camps

Our August Adventure camps are presented in partnership with Cadence Theatre Company. For two weeks in August, students have the chance to rehearse and perform in a licensed musical. The August Adventure Jr. Camp (ages 6 – 9) will present Disney’s Winnie the Pooh KIDS and the August Adventure Camp (ages 10 – 13) will present Disney’s High School Musical JR. August Adventure 2022 camps will run Monday, August 1 – Friday, August 12.
