The Children’s Museum of Richmond is celebrating National Reading Month at all four of it’s locations.

All events are free with museum admission.  See the schedule below.

Want to help a child in need celebrate National Reading Month?  Bring new or like-new books to any CMoR location. Books will be distributed to at-risk children in the Richmond area through the Central Virginia Children’s Book Bank at CMoR.

Wednesday, March 2nd
Dr. Seuss’ Birthday Celebration at 11am and 1pm.

Saturday, March 5th
Enjoy special appearances and story times with Curious George at 11am and 1pm.

Saturday, March 12
It’s Kids’ Carniball: Destination Havana at CMoR! Enjoy story times with Pirate Jeff Beatman and appearances from Pooh and Friends all day long.

Sunday, March 20th
Sesame Street comes to CMoR Central for story time at 11am and 1pm.

Saturday, March 26th
Princesses and Superheroes take over with story times at 11am and 1pm.

Pooh and Friends will be at CMoR Short Pump for story times at 11am and 1pm along with visits from the 2016 Snow Queen between 2pm-3pm.

Saturday, March 12th
Curious George takes over the museum for story times at 11am and 1pm.

It’s Princesses and Pirates day! Enjoy visits from your favorite Princesses and Pirate Jeff Beatman with story times at 11am and 1pm.
