Robots and Mudpies Preschool Open House.  5:30pm-7:30pm.  Robots and Mud Pies π Preschool is the first Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics Education (STEM) focused preschool in the Richmond area.   They offer a half day program for children ages 2 years old through 5 years old with a morning session and an afternoon session.

New! Maymont’s Family Camp-Out: Outdoor Adventure.  6:30pm-9am.  Maymont Grounds.  Has your family ever wanted to try camping, but not sure what to expect? Join Maymont staff in this program for families new to camping as well as those who are camping pros! Hike the grounds and learn about the nocturnal Virginia native animals that can be found in the wild, make s’mores and enjoy stories around the campfire. Following a night in your tent on Maymont’s grounds, enjoy a continental breakfast and take a morning hike. Ages 4 and older; one adult must register for every four children. SAT Practice Test.  9am.  Tuckahoe Library, Henrico County.  Staff from Princeton Review will conduct a 4-hour SAT practice test for high school students. Boot Camp for New Dads.  9am-Noon.  Chippenham Hospital.  Serving more than 1,000 fathers in the Richmond metro area, this unique father-to-father community-based workshop prepares and equips expectant dads to become confidently engaged with their infants, support their mates, and navigate their transformation into dads.   Fee, scholarships are available.
