Institute participants will spend mornings receiving professional instruction in vocal performance and dance from some of Richmond’s top musicians and choreographers. Afternoons will be split between intensive acting classes with Virginia Rep Arts Integration Manager and local performer/director Sarah Roquemore and seminars on special topics such as Shakespeare, audition technique, and theatrical design/production.

The two-week program will culminate with a final showcase for family and friends where campers will perform scenes, monologues, choreography, and music they have learned and rehearsed during camp.
