A Smart Solutions Tutoring Program....
With pressures mounting for even our youngest kids, Smart Solutions Tutoring LLC went looking for answers. Where can kids stretch their minds, decompress and just have fun? Yoga class! Smart Moves Yoga is a play-based approach to traditional yoga. We incorporate movement, literature and various art mediums into each class. We help kids, ages 3-teen, reconnect with nature and themselves. As they move and stretch, they build positive body image, learn relaxation techniques and improve focus. Tweens and teens will have a chance to creatively express themselves in a safe and loving environment. Our tiniest yogis and yoginis will work on following directions, listening, self-expression and more. If you can breathe, you can do yoga. Yoga is for everyone- it's just a Smart Move plain and simple!
