SwimRVA has swim lessons for all ages and all skill levels from 6 months to adults.  The SwimAmerica curriculum was developed by the American Swimming Coaches Association.  The coaches teach swimmers the right way the first time.  The SwimAmerica curriculum is a nationally certified learn to swim curriculum used by over 500 directors and 900 sites across the US.

Aqua-Tots offers swim classes for babies, toddlers, infants, kids, swim team, adults, and children with special needs at 18 locations worldwide.   They teach children the importance of water safety and encourage a life-long love for swimming.

SwimNOVA is a unique, progressive, learn-to-swim program. In each level of this program, core body position is stressed. Movements are coordinated so that swimmers learn to swim properly and efficiently.  SwimNOVA is an effective and proven method of teaching swimming fundamentals.

acac facilities in both Midlothian and Short Pump offer private, semi-private and group lessons for children and adults both members and non-members. Both locations offer programs to keep swim team participants conditioned in the off-season. The Midlothian location offers a summer swim team for members that competes in the Richmond Metro Aquatic League.
