Virginia Department of Health – A list of permanent Safety Seat Check Stations and One Day Events. Don’t forget to call ahead for an appointment.

National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) – Provides information on child passenger safety, including car seat safety, Ease of Use ratings, and driveway backover accidents.
SaferCar.gov – The NHTSA website that provides information on equipment (including car seats), crash test and rollover ratings, defects and recalls.
U.S. Department of Transportation/ NHTSA; Auto Safety Hotline 800.424.9393- For information on recalls/issue safety notices.

Annabelle's Angles - Annabelle's Angels was created to honor the memory of Annabelle Riley Bryant. Annabelle was tragically killed in a back over accident on May 4th, 2005. She was

only 2 1/2 years old. We created Annabelle's Angels non-profit organization to promote awareness and educate people on the blindzones behind vehicles, that so

often cause these preventable accidents.

American Heart Association – Provides local CPR classes.
U.S Consumer Product Safety Commission 800.638.2772 - Provides product recall information. Sign up for recall email announcements at www.recalls.gov.
Division of Motor Vehicles Children’s Identification Card – Serves as an identity document and be obtained at any DMV customer service center. If a child becomes missing DMV can retrieve the picture and transmit it to law enforcement anywhere in the US. There is a fee for the service.
