Annabelle's Angles - Annabelle's Angels was created to honor the memory of Annabelle Riley Bryant. Annabelle was tragically killed in a back over accident on May 4th, 2005. She was
only 2 1/2 years old. We created Annabelle's Angels non-profit organization to promote awareness and educate people on the blindzones behind vehicles, that so
often cause these preventable accidents.
KIDS AND CARS' mission is to assure no child dies or is injured in a non-traffic, motor vehicle related event.

Division of Motor Vehicles Children’s Identification Card – Serves as an identity document and be obtained at any DMV customer service center. If a child becomes missing DMV can retrieve the picture and transmit it to law enforcement anywhere in the US. There is a fee for the service.
