• Core Strengthening-Getting Your Body Back After Pregnancy
Your core is the anchor for your whole body. If your core is not working correctly, any number of problems can arise. We will educate you about the core muscles and then instruct you on how to correctly work your core muscles, you may be able to prevent issues such as incontinence, back pain, pelvic floor dysfunction and more. This class is perfect for all mom's after birth. 1 hour class.
• Newborn/Fourth Trimester Consulting
The beginning of life is a wonderful and exhausting time. Let us help
you make sense of newborn behavior and development, sleep, positioning,
cues and cries, reflux, colic and more. Jenny will help you to
encourage sleep, rest and fourth trimester rhythm, calm and comfort your
newborn, feed, burp and position your baby for optimum feeding
efficiency, understand newborn gas, colic and sensitive bowels, reflux
and the newborn immature digestive system.

WHPTI offers physical therapy for prenatal discomfort, post pregnancy recovery, pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation (CORE and Kegel exercises), pelvic and intimacy pain management, urinary and fecal incontinence, constipation, and many other conditions and injuries that are caused by pregnancy, labor, and delivery. The office offers a comfortable, individual environment with a truly caring staff. Their services include: education, abdominal muscle training, general body conditioning, pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation, home exercise programs, therapeutic exercises, posture instruction, stress reduction and relaxation training, diet education, and electrical stimulation. WHPTI also offers pilates classes, pregnancy recovery classes (including a Pelvic Floor Boot Camp), and prenatal and postpartum massage.

• Bellies Bottoms and Backs
Education and post pregnancy rehabilitation with exercises to correct muscle diastisis.
• Postpartum Pilates
Stresses returning to abdominal /back muscle support of the spine. Treatment patterns become more complex as your powerhouse supports your trunk.
• Mommy and Me Pilates
Exercise with your new baby! Strengthen your abdominal, back, and pelvic floor muscles. These exercises will help you recover from childbirth, regain your figure, and care for your baby without breaking your back! Find more information in the Mommy and Me Classes section.
• Postpartum Yoga
Bring your baby to class, retain abdominal and pelvic floor muscle tone, ease back and shoulder discomfort, and gently massage your infant. Newborn Massage will help facilitate brain developments, regulate circulation, regulate digestion, and regulate respiration. Find more information in the Mommy and Me Classes section.
• Boot Camp for the Pelvic Floor
This class offers basic pelvic floor education and exercise techniques.
