Teaching Our Nation’s Kids to Cook Real Food — and helping classroom teachers, backyard chefs, and parents everywhere to become Edible Educators.  We use everyday kitchen equipment mixed with a lot of fun and a passion for eating what is good for us. We introduce students to fresh, home-cooked food. We use locally sourced, seasonal produce. We welcome children with food allergies and specialized diets. All recipes are provided when camp ends.
