Drop your preschooler off to enjoy 3 hours of socialization, gym time, group play, and imaginative thinking! Each day campers will explore the gym through independent and group play, learn artistic concepts while working on fine motor skills through a take-home art project, and get groovin’ with music activities! Our play space is transformed each week based on an imaginative theme to encourage curiosity and broaden learning. For kids ages 2 through 5 years old, no potty training is required, and a nut-free snack and drink are provided each day. Kids will create our own version of a Platform game set in a dojo that we will defend from a ninja attack! We will use the Engineering Design Process to create a storyboard to outline the rules of play and characters for our game. Mad Science

Embark on a garden adventure after reading the Tale of Peter Rabbit. Along the way campers will harvest vegetables, make cottontail rabbits, step over a babbling brook and draw maps of Mr. McGregor’s garden. They will even plant a colorful collection of vegetables!

Why do gardeners like worms? How do bees help plants grow?  What flowers do butterflies like best?  To answer these questions and many more, curious campers set out on an exploration of the Garden in search of all sorts of critters including birds, turtles and fish.
• Nature In Motion – June 18-22, 9am-12pm, Ages 6-8
Lights, camera, action! Using the Garden as your backdrop, develop a story-line; create scenes and props using natural materials, and snap images to produce a unique nature-based stop motion animation film. At the end of the week, participants will have digital access to their finished product to share with friends and family.
