Creepy Hollow Scream Park

Each night there are over live actors monsters, incredible animatronics, amazing illusions and acres of screams. Terror on The Farm

Red Vein Haunted House

at Hanover Vegetable Farm, 13580 Ashland Rd, Ashland, VA

RED VEIN Haunted House is Richmond’s scariest indoor/outdoor haunted attraction.  RED VEIN Haunted House combines an immersive storyline, realistic sets, and extreme scares. The haunted attraction includes both indoor and outdoor elements, and is not recommended for children under the age of 13 (parental discretion advised).  Fee.

Berkeley’s Twilight Ghost Tour

Berkeley Plantation
October 9th & 22nd at 6pm & 7pm.  Hear the tales of Berkeley’s paranormal activities with a guided tour through the 1726 mansion, followed by a lantern-led walk through the gardens, grounds, and cemetery.  You will then finish your ghostly experience with Berkeley’s challenging corn maze, with only the light of your lantern.  Reservations required.  Fee.

Haunted Henricus: Things that Go Bump In the Night

Henricus Historical Park
October 29th and 30th @ 7pm.  Take a guided tour through Henricus in the dark as interpreters dramatically demonstrate and perform old English folklore stories of witches, ghosts, goblins, shucks, and all “things that go bump in the night.” Come see what colonial Virginians thought were spooky, scary, or mysterious in our early history! Tours not appropriate for children under 6. Registration required.   Fee.

Fancy Me Mad: Tales from Edgar Allen Poe + Graveyard Tour

St. John’s Church, 2401 E. Broad Street Richmond, 23223
Walk among spirits in the graveyard, including Eliza Poe, mother of Edgar; T.W. White, Poe’s Editor at the Southern Literary Messenger; George Wythe and his murderous nephew; Dr. McClurg, Revolutionary War surgeon, and more.  Fee.

Howl-o-Scream ®

Busch Gardens, Williamsburg, VA
Open select Thursdays and every Friday, Saturday and Sunday through October.  The scary stuff starts at 6pm and may not be suitable for young children.  Busch Gardens ® Howl-O-Scream ® offers horrors to frighten and delight guests. Brave explorers beware, there’s no telling what lurks in the park after dark. Dare to venture through immersive themed Terror-tories ™ and haunted houses.
