Since 2001, Crossroads has brought the exciting and fun art of Irish dance to the Richmond, VA for over 200 children and adults. As members of the World Irish Dance Association (WIDA) and under the direction of champion dancer and certified Irish dance instructor, Amy Habel, TCRG, Crossroads offers a fun and enriching environment for dancers to develop a love of Irish dance, increase coordination, build long-lasting friendships and drive self-confidence.

Jump’N Jig- The Complete Irish Dance Preschool Program: Ages 2-5 years: Have your little one to JUMP Onboard with Us!

Crossroads is the 1^st in Richmond, VA to offer this accredited, licensed program. It is a wonderful introduction to Irish Dance for children as they start their Irish dance journey. Jump’N Jig is perfect choice for ages 2-5 designed for preschoolers in developing coordination, self-esteem & social skills through dance, music and play.

3 Levels of Jump’N Jig: Baby Jig, Mini Jig and Tiny Jig; each having its own structure curriculum, music and milestones allowing children to develop at a pace that best fits them. Children dance to traditional Irish music and music designed to focus on developing rhythm listening skills and gross motor skill development and fun. Props are utilized in class to enhance the fun and skills. Dancers enjoy the fun and excitement of dance, BUT with an Irish twist.

Intro to Kids Camp- Learn Irish Dance Basics, Activities and More: Ages 6 to 12 years

Crossroads’ Intro to Irish Dance camp is for ages 6 to 12 years old that will teach the basics of Irish dance and culture along with introducing important skill such as balance, coordination, and teamwork.

2 Camp Sessions Available to accommodate busy summer schedules

• Session #1: July 2^nd, 9^th and 16^th
• Session #2: July 23^rd, Julye 30^th, August 6^th
• Cost = $90 (siblings get 5% off)

Camp Includes:

• Learning Irish dance basics and words and count in Gaelic
• Free Shirt
• Activities and games
• Medal and Certification Presentation the last class (Parent Open House)
