My College Fit
Twin Hickory Area Library – Monday, March 4, 7:00 pm
Varina Branch Library – Wednesday, March 20, 7:00 pm
In this interactive workshop, an experienced college admissions professional will provide tips and insight into the admissions process and discuss finding the college that is right for you.

College Freshman Money Madness & Pizza Night – Registration required
Tuckahoe Area Library
Thursday, March 21, 6:00 pm
This one hour class is specifically geared toward rising and current college freshmen. A representative from the Virginia Credit Union will discuss practical and useful tips for money and debt management for young adults on their own for the first time. We’ll provide pizza! Open to students and parents. Call 290-9100 x5 to register. 

Jabberwocky
Gayton Branch Library – Saturday, March 23, 11:00 am
Fairfield Area Library – Saturday, March 23, 2:30pm
VCU Theater students perform Lewis Carroll’s “The Jabberwocky”. This performance piece brings the poem’s nonsensical language to life through movement, puppetry and mask work.  Intended for Elementary and Middle School Aged students.

Game Night
Dumbarton Area Library
Monday, March 25, 7:00 pm
Teens and tweens come by to play Wii games and board games.  There will be refreshments!

SAT Practice Test – Registration required
Tuckahoe Area Library
Saturday, March 30, 9 am
Staff from Princeton Review will be here to conduct a 4 hour SAT practice test. For rising high school juniors and seniors.  A follow-up session is scheduled for April 11, 2013 at 7 PM.
